Joseph A. Mansfield, 72, of 860 SR 157 Oil City, PA., passed away Wednesday April 15, 2015 at his residence after a period of declining health.

Born in Oil City, PA. On Aug. 30, 1942 son of the late Marshall and Helen End Mansfield.

Joe was a graduate of Oil City Senior High School.

A boilermaker by trade He was a member of Local # 154 .

He was married to the former Kay E. Leonard on Nov. 7, 1991 and she survives along with two daughters Janet Stover of Mt. Lebanon and Ann Marie Borey of LA.

The following step-children also survive Stanley Rogers of Franklin, Kimberlee Fornof of Oil City, Jeannetta Shoup of Pittsburgh. and Tammy Baker of N.C. .

Several brothers and sisters also survive.

He was preceded in death by two brothers and two sisters.

At his request there will be no viewing or visitation.

Interment will take place at the convenience of the family.
