Mayors across the United States signed similar proclamations honoring volunteers and the work they contribute to communities like Knox and Clarion County.
Volunteers from Keystone Smiles were on hand for the signing in the new administrative and training headquarters for Keystone Smiles AmeriCorps, the former Clarion County National Bank building on Main Street. The facility has been renovated and now includes training and instructional space on the first floor and various administrative offices on the second floor.
Volunteer George Servey provided some entertainment with his fiddle.
