Clarion Woman Charged with Harassment After Alleged Altercation in Paint Township

PAINT TONWSHIP, Pa. (EYT) — According to Clarion-based State Police, an altercation occurred around 7:42 p.m. on April 18 on Paint Mills Road, in Paint Township, Clarion County.

Police say 19-year-old Samantha Gillen, of Clarion, allegedly pushed a known 36-year-old Shippenville woman during an argument.

According to police, a citation will be filed with District Court 18-3-02 charging Gillen with Harassment.

No other information was provided.
