Two Clarion County Men Accused of Stealing Motorcycle Face Felony Burglary Charges

CLARION TOWNSHIP, Pa. (EYT) — According to Clarion-based State Police, a burglary occurred on Bauer Road, in Clarion Township.

Police say around 10:30 p.m. on March 23, 20-year-old Damean Michael Felmlee, of Parker, and 20-year-old Tyler James Sharrar, of Rimersburg, allegedly conspired to burglarize and steal a YZ125 motorcycle owned by a known Clarion woman.

According to police, the motorcycle was located for sale on an online advertising site and recovered by the PA State Police Huntingdon Station.

Both men were charged with the following offenses:

– Burglary — Not Adapted for Overnight Accommodation, No Person Present, Felony 2
– Theft By Unlawful Taking-Movable Property, Felony 3
– Receiving Stolen Property, Felony 3
– Conspiracy — Burglary — Not Adapted for Overnight Accommodation, No Person Present, Felony 2

Bail for Felmlee was set at $10,000.00 Unsecured, according to court documents.

Court documents indicate bail for Sharrar was set at $25,000.00 Unsecured.

A preliminary hearing for both men is scheduled for 10:45 a.m. on May 5 in front of Magisterial District Judge Duane L. Quinn.
