Knox Woman Injured in One-Vehicle Crash in Beaver Township

BEAVER TOWNSHIP, Pa. (EYT) — According to Clarion-based State Police, a one-vehicle accident occurred on Knox Road (Township Road 398), 443 feet south of Township Road 790, in Beaver Township, Clarion County.

Police say around 9:22 a.m. on April 23, 34-year-old Deanna D. Gervasoni, of Knox, was traveling north on Old Knox Road, and due to slippery roadway conditions, her 2007 Dodge Caravan slid off the road and impacted a drainage ditch.

Gervasoni suffered moderate injuries.

Knox EMS transported her to Clarion Hospital.

She was using a seat belt.

Her 3-year-old female passenger was not injured. A child safety seat was in use.

The Dodge Caravan sustained disabling damage.

Knox EMS, Knox Volunteer Fire Department and Frye’s Towing assisted at the scene.
