TOBY TOWNSHIP, Pa. (EYT) — According to Clarion-based State Police, around 9:03 p.m. on May 1, a one-vehicle accident occurred on Curllsville Road, 2/10 mile east of Township Road 442, in Toby Township, Clarion County.
Police say a 2006 Jeep Liberty was traveling west on Curllsville Road and struck a deer with its driver’s side 11 o’clock position.
Two passengers in the vehicle were not injured.
No information was provided on the driver of the Jeep.
