One-Car Crash on I-80, Clarion Township

CLARION TOWNSHIP, Pa. (EYT) — According to Clarion-based State Police, a one-car accident occurred around 1:57 a.m. on May 2, on Interstate 80, at mile marker 68.4, in Clarion Township.

Police say 18-year-old Andrew N. Moss, of Jamestown, Pa., was traveling in the left lane behind a commercial vehicle.

The commercial vehicle ran over a deer; then, Moss’ 2013 Ford Focus ran over it, damaging the front and undercarriage of the car, according to police.

Moss and two passengers — 18-year-old Cheyenne M. Beck, of Greenville, and 43-year-old Lori A. Beck, of Greenville — were not injured in the crash.

All occupants were using seat belts.
