Patricia Garmong Sutton, 86, formerly of Oil City, died April 6, 2015 in Florida.

Born Dec. 20, 1928 , she was the daughter of the late Frederick L. Garmong & Irene Simbeck Garmong.

Patricia attended schools in Oil City and later went on to the Barbizon School of Modeling in New York.

Patricia met her husband, Joseph B. Sutton, while he was playing baseball for the Pittsburgh Pirates farm team. He preceded her in death on Nov. 12, 2012.

Patricia and Joseph moved to Philadelphia when Joseph was drafted by the Philadelphia Phillies.

They later retired in 1981 in Bradenton, FL.

Patricia is survived by two daughters: Cheryl Gunning & her husband Paul of Harleysville, PA, and Nancy Madafferi & her husband John of Hudson, FL; one son: Jack Sutton & his wife Linda of Quakertowm, PA; 8 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by one brother John William Garmong, and by two sisters: Ruth Hart and Mary Connelly.

A Memorial Mass will be celebrated for Patricia in St. Joseph Church, Oil City, PA. On May 16 at 10:00 A.M. with Fr. Justin P. Pino, Presiding.

Interment will be in Calvary Cemetery.
