Police say Matthews was stopped at an unnamed road facing north at Perkins Road in a 1998 Buick Century, and Baughman was across Perkins Road in a 2014 Subaru Forester facing south.

Baughman proceeded across Perkins Road, attempting to enter the unnamed road, and Matthews failed to yield to Baughman’s Subaru, according to police.
