Member_146491Pamela J. Rankin McGinley, 60, of Climax, North Carolina, formally of Limestone, passed away on May 11, 2015 at the home of her parents.

Born on October 18, 1954 in Brookville; she was the daughter of Richard C. “Dick” and Connie R. Dunkle Rankin.

Pam worked as a specifications manager for Sealy Inc. for 32 years.

She was a member of the New Rehobeth-Greenville Presbyterian Church.

Pam loved visiting the Biltmore Estate in Ashville, North Carolina and enjoyed traveling to London, Paris and loved castles.

She was an excellent cook, loved plants, and watching movies. Pam also enjoyed going to car races and was very proud of her son J.R.’s racing legacy. Pam especially loved spending time with her grandchildren and family.

She is survived by one son, J.R. McGinley and his wife, Liz of Fairmont City, two grandchildren, Livia and Alex McGinley both of Fairmont City, one sister, Kim Smith and her husband Mike of Strattanville, one brother, Craig Rankin and his wife Deb of Clarion, and her nieces and nephews, Megan Smith Steele and Grace, Adrianne Smith, Isaac and Lily Ann Kurtz, Kaleb Smith and Collen Gavin, and Noah and Jacob Rankin.

Visitation will be held from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. on Friday May 15, 2015 at the New Rehobeth-Greenville Presbyterian Church where funeral services will be held at 4 p.m. with rev. James Dietrich Pastor as presider.

The Robert V. Burns Funeral Home in Clarion is handling arrangements.
