Judith “Judy” Ione Carter Myers Hunt, 74, of Union City, died May 10, 2015, at Corry Memorial Hospital.

Born July 3, 1940, in Titusville. She was the daughter of the late Ernest and Agnes (Young) Carter and the wife of the late Merle Hunt. Judy was a member of Union City Presbyterian Church, was a member of the former Chapter 719 of the Women of the Moose, Union City, and American Legion Post 237, of Union City. Judy was a registered nurse for the former Union City Hospital, Corry Memorial Hospital, with over 30 years, Corry Manor, St. Vincent Hospital, St. Cloud Hospital in Florida and Abington Crest.

Survivors include a son, Douglas Grant Myers and wife, Lori, of Union City; daughters, Cynthia Sue Coogan and husband, Terrance, of Titusville, Debi Parkin and husband, Donald, of Canadotha Lake; step children, Bill Hunt and wife, Pat, of Titusville, Tom Hunt and wife, Nancy, of Pleasantville, Ken Hunt and wife, Sherry, of Titusville, and Debbie Hunt of Conneaut Lake; sisters, Carol Barr and husband, Charles, of Rouseville and Pat Foltz and husband Don, of Lincolnville; grandchildren, TJ Coogan, Joshua Parkin and wife, Jamie, Jeremy Parkin, Ryan, Megan, Kyle, and Brody Myers; great grandchildren Jayden and Kristen; sisters-in-law, Judy Carter of Titusville and Becky Carter of Orlando, Fl; many beloved cousins, nieces, and nephews.

In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by a son Brian Ernest Myers and brothers, Richard “Dick” Carter and Sonny Carter.

Family and friends will be received Wednesday from 2-4 p.m. and 7-9 p.m. at the Michael S. Pandolph Funeral Home, Union City. A funeral service will be held at the funeral home Thursday at 11 a.m. with the Rev. Rob Wilert officiating.
Interment will follow in Loomis Cemetery.
