SCRUBGRASS TOWNSHIP, Pa. (EYT) — Clarion-based State Police say a two-vehicle crash occurred on May 11 around 9:15 p.m. on Interstate 80 in Scrubgrass Township.
According to police, Erik J. Schreckengost, 35, of Indiana, was traveling on the eastbound on-ramp at Exit 42 of Interstate 80 in a 1998 Jeep Cherokee when he struck the rear-end of a 2004 Ford F-150 pickup operated by Curtis M. Hawke, 36, of Seneca.
Police say both vehicles were entering the eastbound lane of Interstate 80 when the incident occurred.
Schreckengost was cited with a traffic violation.
Both drivers were wearing seat belts and neither were injured.
