Cheddar Mushroom Macaroni Casserole — a rich & creamy dish!

Cheddar Mushroom Macaroni Casserole

Ingredients

4 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 standard size can condensed cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
1 cup mayonnaise
1 — 7 oz. can mushroom stems and pieces, drained
1 medium onion, finely chopped
1 — 2 oz. jar diced pimientos, drained
4 cups cooked elbow macaroni
1 garlic clove, minced

Directions

~Preheat oven at 325°.

~In a large bowl, combine the first six ingredients; mix well. Stir in macaroni and garlic.

~Transfer to a greased 2-1/2-qt. baking dish. Cover and bake for 30 minutes.

~Makes 8 servings.
