Clarion County Pension Funds Near $23 Million

CLARION, Pa. (EYT) — The market value of Clarion County’s Retirement Portfolio continues to increase, standing at $22,893,832.00 as of April 30, according to Clarion County Chief Carol Clinger.

Clinger made the report at the May 26 meeting of the Clarion County Retirement Board.  Members of the Board include Wayne Brosius, Butch Campbell, Greg Faller, Theresa Snyder, and Clinger.

Clarion County has 180 active employee members contributing to the pension funds and 159 retirees on pension.

Total funds distributed for monthly pensions, payouts, or rollovers in April was $133,210.00, including $85,497.00 for pensions and $42,456.00 for rollovers.

The current balance of custodial deposit funds in $117,894.00.
