Chantel L. Lazzaro, 45, of 613 E Second St, Oil City, died at 6:04 pm, Monday, May 25, 2015, at UPMC Presbyterian in Pittsburgh.

Born August 21, 1969 in Baltimore MD, she was a daughter of Joseph and Louise Lazzaro.

Chantel is survived by her fiancé, Charles Rithman; a son, Sebastian Gardner, he future in-laws, Carolyn and Doug Rithman; and friend, Carolyn Mitchell.

There will be no visitation and services will be held at the convenience on the family.
