Police Release Details on Leeper Man Accused of Retail Theft in Monroe Township

MONROE TOWNSHIP, Pa. (EYT) — Clarion-based State Police say a theft occurred at Walmart, in Monroe Township, Clarion County.

According to police, on April 19 Spencer Alexander Desmarais, 20, of Leeper, allegedly removed a hair trimmer from a shelf at Walmart and returned it at the service desk, then used the money to purchase a carton of cigarettes and a Monster energy drink.

The investigation is ongoing.
