Clinton E. “Bub” McCall, age 84, of Clarion, passed away on June 7, 2015 at the Golden Living Center in Clarion.
Born on November 10, 1930, in Porter Township, Clarion County, he was the son of the late Leslie and Mae (Yates) McCall. He served in the United States Army during the Korean War and was Honorably Discharged at the rank of Corporal.
In 1955, he married the former Mary Jane Schaeffer, who survives.
Bub worked at Owens-Illinois Glass in Clarion for 36 years, from 1957 until 1993. He enjoyed his animals and tinkering with cars.
In addition to his wife, Bub is survived by his son, Michael McCall and his wife Lee Ann, of Clarion, and his daughter Tammy Corbin and her husband Tim, of Beaver Falls, and his grandson, Tyler McCall, also of Clarion.
Bub was the last surviving member of his immediate family and was preceded in death by his parents, his three brothers, Donald (“Alec”), Leslie, and Jack, and his sister, Anna Mae Swartfager.

Arrangements are under the care of the Goble Funeral Home and Crematory in Clarion. There will be no visitation. A memorial service will be held at the Immaculate Conception Church, Main Street in Clarion on Saturday, June 13, at 11:00 a.m. with Father Monty Sayers presiding. Interment will be in the Immaculate Conception Cemetery.
