Tionesta Woman Involved in Two-Vehicle Crash on Route 62

WARREN COUNTY, Pa. (EYT) — Warren-based State Police say around 3:45 p.m. on June 6, a two-vehicle accident occurred on State Route 62, in Watson Township, Warren County.

According to police, 79-year-old Jacqueline R. Toombs, of Tionesta, and 55-year-old John A. El, of Warren, were involved in the collision.

Police say both Toombs and El were traveling northbound on SR 62. El’s 2011 GMC Yukon was stopped in the northbound lane, and Toombs rear-ended it with her 1998 Ford F-150.

Both drivers were using seat belts, and no injuries were reported.

The Ford was towed from the scene by Frank’s Auto & Sons, Inc.

The GMC was pulled out of a ditch by Frank’s Auto tow truck and was able to be driven from the scene.

Toombs was charged with a traffic violation.
