SCRUBGRASS TOWNSHIP, Pa. (EYT) — Franklin-based State Police say a two-vehicle accident occurred around 7:05 p.m. on June 12, on State Route 208 (Emlenton-Clintonville Road), at its intersection with Stone Church Road and Big Ben Road, in Scrubgrass Township, Venango County.

According to police, 20-year-old Jenna M. Pelly, of Allison Park, and 60-year-old Daniel J. Kaylor, of Clintonville, were involved in the collision.

Police say Pelly was making a left turn onto SR 208 west from Stone Church Road in a 2000 Honda Accord, and Kaylor was traveling west on SR 208 in a 2007 Ford Ranger.

Pelly pulled out onto SR 208 in front of Kaylor. Kaylor lost control of his Ford Ranger and subsequently crashed into a residential yard, according to police.

Pelly and her two passengers — 20-year-old Sean T. Bollman, of Evan City, and 26-year-old Alessio Baiocco, of Rome — were using seat belts and were not injured.

Kaylor was using a seat belt and suffered minor injuries.

Pelly was charged with a traffic violation.
