Tionesta Man Accused of Firing Shots, Recklessly Endangering Another Person

TIONESTA, Pa. (EYT) — According to Marienville-based State Police, an incident of recklessly endangering another person occurred on German Hill Road, in Tionesta, Forest County.

Police say 63-year-old James David Meyer, of Tionesta, was allegedly arguing with the neighbor’s family.

A short time later, Meyer allegedly fired several shots from a pistol into the area of the victim’s residence, according to police.

The victim is a 43-year-old Tionesta man, police say.

The incident occurred on May 25, 2015.
