CLOVER TOWNSHIP, Pa. (EYT) — Punxsutawney-based State Police say a Mayport man faces charges of DUI following a crash in Clover Township, Jefferson County.

According to police, around 3:50 p.m. on June 10, Chad Allen Over, 32, of Mayport, was operating a Dodge Dakota traveling north on State Route 28 in Clover Township and allegedly crossed over the center lines and struck an oncoming vehicle.

The report indicates Over was subsequently placed under arrest for DUI, with charges pending at District Court 54-03-03.
