PINEY TOWNSHIP, Pa. (EYT) — A DUI crash occurred around 6:20 a.m. on July 3, on Huckleberry Ridge Road, in Pine Township, Clarion County.
According to Clarion-based State Police, this crash occurred as a vehicle was traveling north on Huckleberry Ridge Road. The driver failed to negotiate a right hand curve in the roadway, causing it to travel off the west side of the road.
Police say the vehicle impacted a tree, where it came to a rest. The impact cause disabling damage.
The driver is a known, 20-year-old Sligo man.
Charges are pending BAC (Blood Alcohol Content) results.
The name of the suspect was not released.
