State Police Calls: Harassment, Underage Drinking

CLARION COUNTY, Pa. (EYT) – Clarion-based State Police responded to the following incidents:

Harassment in Clarion Township

Police say two male individuals were involved in an altercation following a minor crash at 5:07 p.m. on July 5, 2015, at mile marker 64.4 of Interstate 80.

The male suspect shoved the male victim causing a minor injury, according to police. No additional information, including the name of the accused, was released by police.

Underage Drinking in Highland Township

Police say while they were investigating a report of loud music and fireworks, 20-year-old Dashon Smerker, of Shippenville, was found to have been drinking alcohol at a location on Miola Road known for underage drinking.

The incident took place at 2:16 a.m. on June 5, 2015.
