49-Year-Old Man Arrested for Suspicion of DUI in Limestone Township

LIMESTONE TOWNSHIP, Pa. (EYT) — Clarion-based State Police say a 49-year-old man was taken into custody on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol on Interstate 80, eastbound, mile marker 69.2, in Limestone Township, Clarion County.

According to police, a 49-year-old Brookville man was stopped for a speeding violation on Interstate 80.

He was then taken into custody on suspicion of DUI, police say.

The incident occurred around 1:47 p.m. on June 11, 2015.

DUI charges are pending toxicology results, according to police.

The suspect will also be charged with the following summary traffic violations:

  • Maximum Speed Limits
  • Driving While Operating Privilege Is Suspended or Revoked (DUI related)
  • Driving Without a License
  • Restraints Systems, two counts

Police say the victims involved are a 4-year-old male; a 7-year-old male; and society.

The name of the suspect was not released.
