Leeper Man Cited for Dog Law Violation

FARMINGTON TOWNSHIP, Pa. (EYT) — According to Marienville-based State Police, a Leeper man has been charged with a Dog Law violation stemming from an incident that occurred at a property off State Route 36, approximately 1/2 mile south of Leeper, in Farmington Township, Clarion County.

Police say sometime between 9:30 p.m. and 10:30 p.m. on July 10, a known, 70-year-old Leeper man was cited for failing to keep his dog confined to the property.

The dog went to a 61-year-old Leeper man’s residence and caused property damage, according to police.
