OLIVER TOWNSHIP, Pa. (EYT) — Punxsutawney-based State Police say around 11:21 a.m. on July 10, a 31-year-old fugitive from justice was taken into custody at a property located approximately 3/10 mile north of Coolspring Road, along State Route 36, in Oliver Township, Jefferson County.

According to police, 31-year-old Derrick L. Boscarelli, of Brookpark, Ohio, was taken into custody as there was an active warrant for him in the state of Ohio.

Boscarelli was taken to the Jefferson County Jail to await extradition back to Ohio.
