Strattanville Man Accused of Leaving Puppies in Closet without Food and Water

CLARION TWP., Pa. (EYT) – A Strattanville man is facing Animal Cruelty charges stemming from an incident that is alleged to have occurred in early July.

Clarion-based State Police say the incident happened on July 4 when 31-year-old Donte Brown, of Strattanville, left two puppies in the closet of a Robinwood Drive apartment after he was evicted.

According to police, the puppies were in the closet for two days without food or water.

Police say Brown was charged with Cruelty to Animals.
