Clarion-based State Police Report DUI Arrests

CLARION COUNTY, Pa. (EYT) — Clarion-based State Police have reported the following DUI arrests:

New Bethlehem Man Arrested for DUI in Porter Township

Around 9:15 p.m. on July 19, a 49-year-old New Bethlehem man was operating an unregistered ATV on State Route 861, in Porter Township.

A traffic stop was conducted, and the suspect was taken into custody for operating under the influence of alcohol or controlled substance.

Charges are pending toxicology results.

The name of the suspect was not released.

No other information was provided.

Shippenville Man Arrested for DUI in Elk Township

Around 7:28 p.m. on July 24, a 74-year-old Shippenville man was stopped for multiple lane violations.

He was then taken into custody on suspicion of driving while under the influence of alcohol.

The incident occurred on State Route 322, in Elk Township.

DUI charges are pending toxicology results.

The name of the suspect was not released.
