JENKS TOWNSHIP, Pa. (EYT) — According to Marienville-based State Police, a firearms act violation occurred in Jenks Township, Forest County.
Police are investigating an incident in which a known suspect sold a 9mm handgun to another individual without completing the proper requirements, in violation of the Pennsylvania Uniform Firearms Act.
The incident occurred sometime between 9:00 a.m. and 12:00 p.m. on July 10.
The investigation continues.
