DEVELOPING STORY: Deed Filed For CVS Properties Along Main Street in Clarion

CLARION, Pa. (EYT) – A deed has been filed at the Clarion County office of register and recorder for two parcels of land in Clarion Borough which have been purchased by CVS.

The deed, recorded on August 3, shows a sale price of $700,000 for the two parcels of land.

The size of one parcel is listed as one quarter acre. The other parcel is not identified by size.

Calls to CVS by exploreClarion.com have not yet been returned.

CVS is reportedly planning to use the property to construct a new CVS pharmacy.

At least one local business relocated off of the property this year in a possible link to CVS’ plans.

The property was also part of a previous sheriff’s sale.
