HICKORY TOWNSHIP, Pa. (EYT) — Marienville-based State Police say a burglary occurred on Queens Compressor Station Road, approximately one mile east of Queens Road, in Hickory Township, Forest County.

According to police, sometime between 3:30 p.m. on July 21 and 9:00 a.m. on July 27, an unknown perpetrator(s) forced entry into the east side of a National Fuel building at the above described location by smashing out a window.

Once inside, the perpetrator(s) rummaged through lockers and desk drawers. The perpetrator(s) then unlocked and opened two large wooden sliding doors and “took a Yamaha Grizzly 450 ATV for a joy ride,” police say.

The perpetrator(s) returned the ATV, then proceeded to the refrigerator removing four cans of Mountain Dew soda pop, then fled the scene keeping the key to the ATV, according to police.

Anyone with information is encouraged to contact PSP Marienville at 814-927-5253; callers may remain anonymous.
