PAINT TWP., Pa. (EYT) — Clarion-based State Police say a Shippenville man has been charged with indecent exposure stemming from an incident that occurred in convenience store’s parking lot at the intersection of Routes 66 and 322, in Paint Township, Clarion County.

PSP Clarion have received numerous complaints over the past week involving suspicious activity involving a 70-year-old Shippenville man at the above described location.

Around 3:30 p.m. on August 11, police received information that the suspect was again in the parking area of the convenience store, police say.

According to police, upon approaching the suspect’s vehicle, the suspect was observed sitting in the driver’s seat performing a lewd act — no one else was involved.

Charges of Open Lewdness and Indecent Exposure will be filed at District Court 18-3-02, police say.
