55d111252f5c7[1]Lorraine Faye (Beck) Martincic, age 49, of Tionesta, PA, formerly of Rockland, PA, died on Saturday, August 15, 2015 at the Titusville Area Hospital, Titusville, PA.

She was born July 6, 1966 in Oil City, PA, daughter of Victor and Lita (Slye) Beck, who survive in Rockland, PA.

She was a member of the Free Methodist Church of Oil City, PA, and attended the Tidioute Baptist Church, Tidioute, PA. Lorraine had a strong faith and was active in church activities and functions. She met John E. Martincic at the Pleasantville Camp. They were married on June 15, 1996 at the Oil City Free Methodist Church and reside in the natural surroundings of God’s creation in a remote area of Forest County. Her children were her life and meant everything to her. She had a love of photography and art. Lorraine obtained her Bachelor’s Degree at Robert Wesleyan College in New York where she majored in art. She enjoyed swimming and working out at the Oil City YMCA several days a week. She was active in the family business, Forest Scientific Corporation, of Tionesta.

In addition to her husband John and parents she is survived by two sons and a daughter, John Paul, Andrew V., and Kara E. Martincic, all at home. Two brothers, Charles Allan Beck and his wife Melissa of Chugiak, Alaska; Milo Beck and his wife Abby of Venus, PA. A sister, Charlotte Kowalewski and her husband Steve of Landisburg, PA. A brother-in-law, Robert Martincic and his wife Georgia of Greenville, South Carolina. A sister-in-law, Deborah Kiffer and her husband Lewis of Starr, South Carolina.

Also surviving are the following nieces and nephews: Grayson Beck: Montana, Hannah, Caleb, Eliza, and Joshua Kowalewski; Alaina, JR and Nathaniel Kiffer.

Friends will be received at the Norman J. Wimer Funeral Home of Tionesta on Tuesday from 2-4 and 6-8.

Friends will be received on Wednesday, August 19, 2015 from 10-11 AM at the Free Methodist Church of Oil City, 206 Wilson Ave Oil City, PA 16301, followed by a Funeral Service at 11 am at the church with Pastors Chris and Cindy Hill and Pastor Andrew W. Taylor, co-officiating.

Burial at Townline Cemetery, Tionesta, PA.
