Mary June Coast, 93 of Sugarcreek Station, passed away peaceful August 23, 2015.
Mary was born June 30, 1922 in Franklin, she was the daughter of Horace Miller and Mary Jane Fletcher Miller.
Mary received her education Franklin High School. She married Donald Glenn Coast on September 1, 1960 at the Barkeyville Methodist Church. Donald passed away December 1, 2011. Mary had worked for JC Murphy’s in Franklin and also at Polk State School.
Mary enjoyed crafting and quilting. She was very active at the nursing home.
She loved to attended Bible Study and the various activities the home provided. She also attended Barkeyville Methodist Church when she lived in the area. Mary is survived by her daughter Mary Lou Nevel of Oil City and a brother Glenn D. Miller of Meadville Mary is proceeded in death by her parents, husband and her brother Herbert M. Miller, her sisters Jean Lightner, Lenia Miller and Margaret Long.
Family will receive friends at the Larry E. McKinley Funeral Home, 109 Emlenton Street, Clintonville on Tuesday, August 25 from 36. The funeral service will take place at the funeral home Wednesday at 11:00 am with the Rev. Kenneth Hughes officiating from the Barkeyville Methodist Church. Interment will take place at the
Clintonville Methodist Cemetery.
