BROOKVILLE, Pa. (EYT) — Brookville Police report they have filed charges in connection with a suspected mobile meth lab.
Police report they worked with the Jefferson County Drug Task Force to conduct a traffic stop on a suspected mobile meth lab along Euclid Avenue at around 6:00 p.m. August 25.
According to police, methamphetamine was located inside of the vehicle and a search warrant was secured and executed.
Police say the precursors and paraphernalia for manufacturing and using methamphetamine were found in the vehicle.
Police have listed 51-year-old Terry A. Bish as a person involved.
According to online court documents, Bish faces the following charges at district court 54-03-03 in Brookville:
- Operating a methamphetamine lab, second-degree felony
- Possession of a controlled substance by a person not registered, felony
- Possession of red phosphorus, etc with the intent to manufacture controlled substances, felony
- Manufacture, delivery or possession with intent to manufacture or deliver, felony
- Use or possession of drug paraphernalia, misdemeanor (five counts)
- Knowingly possession ephedrine, misdemeanor
- Operating a vehicle without required financial responsibility, summary
- Violating vehicle equipment standards, summary
As of early afternoon August 26, online documents state Bish has not yet been arraigned or scheduled for a preliminary hearing.
