Clarion Man Accused of Sexually Assaulting 5-year-old Girl

CLARION TWP., Pa. (EYT) – Authorities say a Clarion man was jailed earlier this week on charges related to the sexual assault of a 5-year-old girl.

Court documents show that the following charges have been filed against Brady James Bush, 20, of Clarion:

– Corruption Of Minors — Defendant Age 18 or Above, Felony 3
– Indecent Assault Person Less than 13 Years of Age, Misdemeanor 1
– Indecent Assault without Consent Of Other, Misdemeanor 2

According to a criminal complaint filed by Clarion-based State Police Trooper Steven Manns, the crime occurred on October 15, 2013, at a trailer court in Clarion Township.

Police were made aware of the alleged incident after the victim came forward and told an adult.

The criminal complaint states that the victim told a forensic interviewer that Bush touched her in a sexual manner on multiple occasions while she stayed at the residence.

In an interview at the Clarion-based State Police barracks on August 24 Bush admitted to the crimes, according to the complaint.

Bush was placed in the Clarion County Jail after failing to post $5,000 monetary bail.

He faces a preliminary hearing before Magisterial District Judge Duane Quinn on September 1.
