DUI Report: Four Nabbed in Clarion, Forest Counties

CLARION, Pa. (EYT) — According to online court documents, the following individuals have recently been charged with driving under the influence of alcohol or controlled substances in Clarion or Forest County:

Cody Alan Bowser, 23, of Rimersburg

Bowser is charged with DUI: Highest Rate of Alcohol (BAC .16+), First Offense, for an incident occurring on August 25, in East Brady Borough, Clarion County.

He is also charged with summary offenses of disregard of traffic lane, failure to produce proof of required financial responsibility, and careless driving.

A preliminary arraignment has been set for 11:00 a.m. on September 17 before District Judge Jeffrey Miller.

Garth William Schwartz, 24, of Sewickley

Schwartz is charged with DUI: High Rate of Alcohol (Bac.10 — .16), First Offense, for an incident occurring on July 25, in East Brady Borough, Clarion County.

He is also charged with summary offenses of careless driving and disregard of traffic lane.

A preliminary arraignment has been set for 11:00 a.m. on September 16 with District Judge Jeffrey Miller presiding.

Schown G. Doss, 26, of Crown

Doss is charged with DUI: General Impairment/Incompetent of Driving Safely, First Offense, for an incident occurring on August 29, in Jenks Township, Forest County.

He is also charged with summary offenses of public drunkenness and similar misconduct; disregard of traffic lane; careless driving; reckless driving; and failure to use safety belt — driver and front seat occupant.

He was arraigned at 10:00 a.m. on August 30 before District Judge Daniel Miller.

A preliminary hearing has been set for 10:00 a.m. on September 8 with Judge Miller presiding.

Randon Lee Deemer, 35, of Strattanville

Deemer is charged with DUI: General Impairment/Incompetent of Driving Safely — First Offense and DUI: Highest Rate of Alcohol (BAC .16+), First Offense, for an incident occurring on August 20, in Limestone Township, Clarion County.

He is also charged with:

second-degree felony, aggravated assault by vehicle
third-degree felony, accidents involving death or personal injury
third-degree misdemeanor, making false reports
third-degree misdemeanor, accidents involving damage to property

and the following summary offenses:
operating a vehicle without required financial responsibility
following too closely
careless driving
reckless driving
failure to stop and give information or render aid
failure to notify police of an accident
giving false information

A preliminary arraignment is scheduled for 10:00 a.m. on September 16 with District Judge Jeffrey Miller presiding.

Michael Richard Bair, 37, of Punxsutawney

Bair is charged with DUI: General Impairment/Incompetent of Driving Safely — First Offense, and DUI: Highest Rate of Alcohol (BAC .16+), First Offense, for an incident occurring on August 17, in Redbank Township, Clarion County,.

He is also charged with summary disregard of traffic lane, exceeding 55 miles per hour by 10 miles per hour, and careless driving.

A preliminary arraignment has been set for 10:30 a.m. on September 17 with District Judge Jeffrey Miller presiding.
