‘Make It, Take It’ Class Set for October 17 at Sawmill Center for the Arts

COOKSBURG, Pa. (EYT) — A “Make It, Take It” art class with lunch is scheduled for October 17 at the Cook Forest Sawmill Center For The Arts.

The class features painting and foiling of a beautiful pumpkin on slate to take home and a lunch to follow at the Sawmill facility.

The 2015 Herb Fest soup winner, Copney’s BBQ, will be providing soup, sandwich, and salad after the class followed by a pumpkin dessert.

The Wildflower Club will be providing beautiful pumpkin centerpieces that will be door prizes once lunch is over.

The cost is $35.00 and includes all art supplies needed to complete your project plus your lunch.

While the class begins at 10:00 a.m., the Sawmill Center requests attendees be at the art center by 9:30 a.m.

The class is limited to 15 students, and deadline for registration is October 14.
