DUI Report: Three Nabbed in Clarion, Forest Counties

CLARION, Pa. (EYT) — According to online court documents, the following individuals have recently been charged with driving under the influence of alcohol or controlled substances in Clarion or Forest County:

Ronald James Lee, 54, of New Bethlehem

Lee is charged with DUI: Gen Imp/Inc of Driving Safely/1st Offense and DUI: Highest Rate of Alcohol (BAC .16+)/1st Offense for an incident occurring on October 31, in Redbank Township, Clarion County.

He is also charged with summary offenses of Failure To Keep Right, Disregarding Traffic Lane (Single), and Careless Driving.

A preliminary arraignment has been set for December 7 before District Judge Jeffrey Miller.

Nathanael James Traister, 31, of Templeton

Traister is charged with DUI: Gen Imp/Inc of Driving Safely/1st Offense and DUI: Highest Rate of Alcohol (BAC .16+)/1st Offense for an incident occurring on October 31, in New Bethlehem Borough, Clarion County.

He is also charged with summary offenses of Turning Movements And Required Signals, Careless Driving, and Period For Requiring Lighted Lamps.

A preliminary arraignment has been set for December 16 before District Judge Jeffrey Miller.

Danielle Elizabeth Cummings-Harmon, 29, of Clarington

Cummings-Harmon is charged with DUI: Gen Imp/Inc of Driving Safely/1st Offense and DUI: Highest Rate of Alcohol (BAC .16+)/1st Offense for an incident occurring on October 25, in Howe Township, Forest County.

She is also charged with summary offenses of Careless Driving and Reckless Driving.

Cummings-Harmon is awaiting a preliminary hearing.
