CLARION, Pa. (EYT) –There will be a Halloween parade for children tonight, October 23, at the Clarion Mall.Registration for the free event will begin at 5:30 p.m. and run until 6:30 p.m. when the parade starts.
There will be costume judging and prizes.
Several stores will pass out candy during the event.
The parade is sponsored by C93, 92.7 FM.
