CLARION, Pa. (EYT) – The Victory House in Clarion is celebrating the one-year anniversary of its mental health drop-in center on Thursday, September 10.

The event is from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.

There will be a picnic-style lunch, outdoor games, and the official unveiling of the Victory House plaque.

The Victory House is a mental health drop-in center.  It is a fully consumer-run, recovery-oriented center that provides vitally important support for people with significant mental health concerns who are in recovery.

It is a place where people can relax, be themselves, feel accepted and safe, and find the support and encouragement they need to rebuild meaningful lives.
